The 2021 Generation Apprenticeship Employer of the Year awards recognise and celebrate micro, small and medium and large enterprises who stand out for their resilience and willingness to embrace innovation as part of their survival strategies over the past year, in particular as they supported their apprentices in-training.
Against an impressive range of nominees, Bridget Haren Hair & Beauty secured the Employer of the Year award in this year’s highly competitive Micro Business category. The business was established over a decade ago, and has continued to thrive throughout a testing period for the personal services industry. Bridget Haren Hair & Beauty was recognised for its resolve and well-earned reputation for professionalism and excellence, spearheaded by its owner and namesake Bridget Haren, and her growing team of 5 stylists, 3 apprentices, 1 beauty therapist and ancillary support staff. Bridget commented on her award:
